These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gt33 platform and all related services. By registering on gt33 or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

gt33 is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment experiences for players in Bangladesh. Our platform offers casino games, sports betting, slots, fishing games, and many other types of games.

These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). In case of any ambiguity, gt33's decision shall be considered final.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You will manage the account solely for yourself — not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been permanently suspended or banned from any previous gt33 account.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account on gt33. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, gt33 reserves the right to immediately suspend all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is your own responsibility. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the gt33 support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

gt33 may verify your identity at any time as needed. If the verification process is not completed, your withdrawal request may not be processed. It is your responsibility to provide any required identity documents in a timely manner when requested.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposited funds will only go to the account registered under the same name as the payment method.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted — meaning no one else can deposit money on your behalf.
• If the deposit amount is incorrect or there is a delay due to a technical issue, contact support immediately.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met (see Section 4 for details).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Transaction Cancellation

gt33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any deposit or withdrawal request in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of the terms. In such cases, the user will be notified as quickly as possible.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit on gt33 will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Funds earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

• Wagering multiplier: 15x (on the bonus amount).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless gt33 specifically permits it.
• gt33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If any violation of bonus terms is identified, the bonus and any earnings from it will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

gt33 offers four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

gt33 determines the criteria for VIP tier placement and reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt33 platform:

gt33 places the highest importance on the security of its users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology, which keeps all your transactions and personal data secure.

• Your personal information is stored on secure servers.
• Payment information is not stored directly on our servers.
• You may request the correction or deletion of your data at any time.

8.1 Complaints Process

If you have a complaint about any matter, please contact our customer service team first. We will work to resolve the issue amicably. Most disputes can generally be resolved through direct discussion.

8.2 gt33's Final Decision

gt33's decision is final on all matters relating to game results, bonus eligibility, and account issues. If incorrect results are displayed due to a technical error, gt33 reserves the right to restore the correct results.

8.3 Dispute Time Limit

Any dispute regarding a transaction or game result must be raised within 30 days of the event. No claims will be considered after this period.

gt33 reserves the right to modify its services, game selection, bonus structure, or any part of the platform at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible.

gt33 may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• If a violation of the terms is identified.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• At the user's own request.
• Due to prolonged inactivity.

You may also contact our support team at any time to request the closure of your account. Any withdrawable balance must be settled before the account is closed.

gt33 always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, gt33's liability is limited in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted due to an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction fails due to a problem with the user's device.
• If there is a delay due to a technical issue with a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.

gt33 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages beyond direct losses. In all circumstances, gt33's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.
